Haywood Securities' Equity Capital Markets (ECM) division is pivotal in connecting Haywood clients to profitable investment opportunities. Led by Michelle Jankovich, the group handles all aspects of the marketing, distribution, and reporting of new issues that are either sourced through Haywood or other Canadian CIRO member firms.
The Equity Capital Markets division strives to provide clients with Initial Public Offerings, Secondary Offerings and a variety of Private Placements that are related to our core competencies of mining, energy, technology, biotechnology and telecommunications.
